What personal data or information do we collect?

When you book a Sportivos class through our website via Franscape, or you complete an enquiry form and submit it via the Sportivos website, the personal information we collect may include your name, address, email address, IP address and information regarding what pages you access on this website and when. We will also collect information about your child such as their date of birth, medical information and whether you give permission for their photograph to be used in our marketing activity.

How is your information used?

We collect your personal data or information to operate our business effectively and provide you with the best information on our products and services.

  • Process an enquiry that you have made to us.
  • Process your order and process after sales service.
  • To process a job application.
  • Send you communications that you have requested, for example our e-newsletter.

  • If you book via the website, the data you provide will only be stored on the Franscape secure server, based in the United Kingdom. Embedded content in our website from Franscape behaves in the exact same way as if you have visited their website.
  • Franscape may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
  • If you return a form to us, this will be stored temporarily and securely on our Google Drive and will be deleted from this platform after your booking.
  • We will store this data for 5 years for our reference and accounts and then delete it.
  • We will never share your details with third parties with the exception of in the case of an emergency, when we may have to share your contact details with the emergency services.
  • You may contact Sportivos at any time to enquire about the information we hold on you and ask us to update, move or delete it.

 

Use of photographs/videos:

  • We may take photographs/videos during our sessions to use for marketing purposes and to use on our website and social media platforms. If you would prefer for us not to use photos of you or your child, please contact us to let us know by emailing co.uk
  • By tagging us in your photos on social media you give us permission to share the image with our followers and use the image for our own promotional purposes.

 

If you chose to sign up to our mailing list (Hubspot):

  • You will be giving us permission to contact you via email.
  • We will only contact you with information regarding the classes or any news or updates that are relevant to you.
  • Your name and address will only be stored on the Hubspot secure server and can only be accessed by authorised personnel.
  • Your personal information will never be shared with any third parties.
  • You may unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time.
